Forrest King, CEO, is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and currently practices Emergency Medicine in Chattanooga, TN. He received his graduate degree in Nursing from the University of Tennessee and earned his undergraduate degree in Zoology from the University of Missouri. Prior to practicing medicine, Mr. King led marketing and sales for some of the largest packaging companies in the country. He is a lifelong advocate of green energy.

Alan King, CFO is a Certified Public Accountant. He received undergraduate and graduate degrees in accounting from the University of Tennessee. Mr. King has extensive financial management experience. He began his career in Public Accounting and has worked with clients in a variety of industries, primarily transportation. Most recently he was the Controller of a trucking company where he helped engineer triple digit revenue growth while maintaining profitability.

Mark Heinsohn, MD is medical doctor practicing Internal Medicine in Chattanooga, TN. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from Tulane. He is Vice President of Development.
